Draw a simple grid, labeling the vertical axis and horizontal axis from 1 to 6. You will also need a pair of dice or cubes of different colours. One colour will designate the horizontal axis and the other, the vertical.

Taking turns, the players throw the two dice and the highest roll starts. She places an X on the point of the graph designated by her two die. For example, if she throws a 2 on a red die and a 4 on a blue die, her X would be placed on the (2,4) coordinate. If the second player rolls a red 3 and a blue 3, his O would go on the coordinate point (3,3).

The first person to place 4 marks in a row wins (or you could designate a different configuration prior to the game: a square, a a triangle, a vertical line, etc.).
