This old game can be given new life and suited to almost any subject - just be sure to use the extensions:

"I spy with my little eye something which is red and starts with L." The person who guesses what I have spied picks the next object, and the game continues.

Now, alter it to "I spy with my little eye something which is red and ends with G", or "...which is green and rhymes with log."
